Christmas

I am so happy it is Christmas Time. Christmas means so many things to different people. When I think of Christmas, Family is what comes to mind. And the Saviors birth. This is a wonderful time to reflect Why we are really here. I love this time and want to reflect on my many blessings. A husband who is my life. Sisters who are always there when I need them. In-Laws who are just like my family, They are my family. My job that I love and the students I am fortunate to associate with. My health. But most of all what I believe in. In 2010 may I be more like the savior in all I do and say. May 2010 be a wonderful and Happy year for all.

Book Nine of Janet Evonovich

Well I am on book nine and still loving them. OK Stephanie the bounty hunter has trouble in every book and blows up a car at least one a book. So I am excited to see what she does in this one. Stay tuned for more.

Great Books

I went to class at Western with Treb one night and his professor had copied a chapter from a book. I read it and liked it so then I got hooked and had to read the books. They are about a drug cartell and a family in the witness protection program. I am not going to say anything else other than you need to read them!!! They are Zach's Lie, Jacks run and the peak.

Fall

I was just sitting here thinking how lucky we are to live in such a place where we don't have to drive to far to see the changing of the seasons.... I love this time of year it the weather is changing but the most impressive spectacular event happens it is the changing of the leaves. How wonderful it is to know that with each leaf that falls a new one will return in its place. Life is a wonderful thing. So to each of you HAPPY AUTUM......

Book 6

Well I am almost finished with Book 6. It's title is Hot six. Book five was funny. I would be reading it and Treb would ask what was so funny. I kept interupting his school work. Book 6 puts a whole new set of events that you follow. I would recommend these to adults. They are rated PG35. They are for adults humor etc.

Buck released.....

Well today we decided Buck needed to have more room to play. So our Doggie(baby) gate got moved from the kitchen to the hall enty to the living room. We shall see if we have to confine him to the kitchen again. Hopefully nothing got torn up! Red may never speak to us again but life will go on. We just have to remember to look for little brown presents when we walk into the living room.

Book # 4

Well I am still reading. I think an Alien got in me and is making me want to read. That is the only thing I can think of because you know I am not growing up to an adult.
I am reading the Janet Evanovich books. They are really funny. Stephaine Plum the main character is a Bounty Hunter with no experience. So that pretty well tells you why I think they are funny. The poor girl blows up or loses a vehicle in every book.

New book

Well now I have started reading Janet Evanovich books. I have read Grand Finale, Naughty Neighbors and now I have started the number ones. I am reading One for the Money. It is really good. Started out slow but now I can not put it down. I don't know what has happened to me I used to hate to read now I enjoy it. So Nephews and Nieces be prepared you may like to read one of these days. I swore I would never enjoy it. My Mom would be so proud of me reading with out having to be nagged.
These authors should thank me for showing all of the books I have been reading.

Buck

Well I want everyone to meet the newest addition to our family. Well we will be getting him in a few weeks. This is Red's Oldest. Buck was born first of 4. He was born on July 19. I love him already. I did promise to let Treb crate train this one so I am going to have to be strong on those nights of crying. I really don't think that 2 dogs and Treb and I can fit on our bed. Besides Red is the boss of the bed, so he thinks. How come a puppy can steal your heart with out trying????

Daddy Red

Yes!!!! Red is a father. He has 4 children. 2 boys and 2 girls. Dakota the mom is black. So 2 of the puppies look like her(one girl and one boy) and the other 2 started out red but now they are more brindle colored(brown and black). The little boy has a red head though. Yes we will be getting one. I think we are going to get the black male. Last night Juanita brought them over so Lovella and Corky could see them and Red got mad at me and hid. Most of the night he ignored me. He would sniff them but that was it. They whinned and he backed away. So it is going to be an adjustment to life for him. Ari was not at all intrested in any part of them.

Read of the Month

I just got me another book to read. This happens to be the read of the month for July. It is called my sister's keeper. I decided I wanted to read the book before I saw the movie so any of you who have seen the movie don't tell me about it until I am finished. So far I like the book it is going to be a tissue book I can already tell and I am only on chapter 3. Why do I read sad books????
I also just finished two Evonivich books. Naughty Neighbor and Grand Finale. Now I am looking for her books 1, 2, 3 etc. So I think I will be reading for a while unless I get burned out. It makes my mind stop thinking of work.

Disneyland

Well I am a little behind on writing. We went to the wonderful land of DISNEYLAND July 13-17. We went with Trebs brother and family. I will never get enough of this place. The plaque that hangs above the arch going into Disneyland is one of my favorite. This states everything you need to know and entitles you to become a child again. Of course that is not hard for Treb or I to do. The fireworks were breath taking as always and the new surprise is Dumbo flies in the fireworks. Yes I was like a child clapping and pointing. Well what do you expect from me???

Gulf of Mexico

We went out with Wendell and his friends on the pontoon boat into the Gulf. We had an awesome time. Danneel caught the biggest fish 14 3/4 inches it had to be 15 inches to be kept so back to the water it went. I did not catch any. I just fed them. Today Treb went fishing again. Danneel and I have had enough fishing so we stayed with Dad and Aunt Audrey, Uncle Dan and Aunt Betty (Elizabeth). Treb and Wendell will have more fun then having to bait our lines all day long.

WONDER"FUL"

Well we had a wonderful time on the ship. It was a little rough on the sea a few times. I did not get sick. We went into Nassau and did the glass bottom boat and then walked around town. I did get some Bahamian money it is $1.00 for $1.00. Treb went snorkeling on Castaway Cay I lay ed in a lounge chair and read and watched the water. This day Treb said he had his salt intake for a while. The waves were high and rough. That night was the pirates party. Yes we dressed up and look fab. in my opinion. Then we had a day at sea and did just what we wanted. I recommend to everyone save to go on a cruise and I suggest the DISNEY CRUISE LINE. In 2 years the Wonder will be based in California.

Finished

Well I have actually finished the Twilight Series. It was awesome. I think everyone should read them. I am so proud of myself finishing it. Danneel it is GREAT!!!!!
Now I have to find something new to read. I think I will take a few days off from reading and then I can start when I don't have to work so staying up late won't affect me.

WOW

Look what Steve and Sam saw in Clifton. I love living out in the middle of no where, when you can see Heavenly Fathers Creations just roaming around. I have never seen one of these big horn sheep, but in pictures so maybe one of these times to Morenci I will actually get to see one for my self. The best I have ever seen is a rattle snake, Javelena(not sure of spelling), and a gila monster. Oh and a lot of deer.

Summer

I have decided it is not fair I still have to work and Treb is off. But my landry is getting done so all I have to do is fold it. And it is really nice to call and say this is what my computer is doing what do I need to do? Well I have about 1/2 of breaking dawn left and I am finished. Danneel will not let me tell her anything about it so all I can say is read the series it will be well worth your time and thoughts. My goal is to try to finish it by the weekend but if not I know I will have it finished beforeI finish work on the 10th.

Jimmy Buffett

Well the concert was fantastic, and to think I had never heard of this man before 12 years ago.. Treb has taught me to love the finer things like a concert in the middle of the desert in 100 degree weather. It really was not to bad once the sun went down. Even before it went down it was a perfect day. The concert was about 2 hrs long. We stood the entire concert but it was fantastic. My little sister came up with a lot of reasons we don't drink. Alot of people who were drinking and had been parting a lot that day wanted to talk to her. One guy said he had lost his friends on the lawn. Which was possible because it was crowded but I am not sure he knew he was on the lawn when he was talking. If you have never been to a Buffett concert it is just one big party. I do feel bad for who ever has to clean it up. Blankets were left, we think people had forgot they brought one and garbage galore was every where. It was not a pretty sight.

Breaking Dawn

Well, I have almost finished the series I'm on the last book. I just finished the first Bella part. Now I am just starting the Jacob. It is good!!!!

MOM'S

This is just a note to thank all the moms I know for their awesome job. A mom is something I will never be other than to my pets. But I just wanted to say I love all the mom's in my life.
Sandra Jo my mom was the best. Lovella my mother-in-law is the best also. And I love watching my sister be the best mom for her family. My two Sister-in-laws for being the best mom's they can. And last but still very important, All my girl friends that are moms. Thank you for letting me look into your lives and be a mom in my own way. I may not have my own children but I have hundreds I think of as my own. Here is a cheer for you (MOMS).......

TEACHERS

HAPPY TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK.

This is for anyone who touches the lives of children. You are all appreciated more than any one will ever tell you. I have grown up in the world of teachers. My wonderful mom taught and one of my older sisters teaches.. Let's not forget I am married to a wonderful man who teaches and oh ya, I work at a school. I say thank you to all my teachers and staff I work with.

ORDERING

Well I have always liked spending money, but now I am not so sure. I get to start placing the teachers orders for next year, but when there is no money and teachers need, I don't think I am going to like this very much. With the age of technology it is to be fast and friendly to make orders.... Did I forget to say that my password will not work and it has blocked me. I hope I get this figured out before I have to have all the orders in and done!!!!!

I'm an Esme

I took the quiz of what female character of Twilight I am. Here is the answer: ESME!!!!!

It said:
You are thoughtful and care very deeply for your family. Aloving home is of greatimportance to you and you always try to make people feel welcome. Although you have a great capacity to love, you also have a freat capacity to hurt, so at times you can be sensitive. You're firm when you need to be, but people trust your judgment and appreciate the kind way you always handle things.

Sounds like me!!!!

TWILIGHT

Yes, I started the Twilight Series more or less to prove, I would not get hooked into it. Well that was a mistake, I am hooked!!!!!!! I am still in the first book so no telling me anything. I have about a 100 more pages. This year I have read more books than ever. When I say year I mean school year. It seems to calm me down at night.

four new men

We had a wonderful time at Disney. Well what would you think if I said we did not. It is DISNEY!!!!!! While their I found me 4 more men to like. OK Treb is my one and only but hey I like to flirt. Ok so 3 of them are stone and Mickey was leading a parade. I always hate coming back to the real world but money runs out and back to work we go because we owe we owe we owe.

My last man is Mr. Potatohead. He was at the new TOY STORY MIDWAY MANIA. This is one ride I could have done all day. Mr. P talked to Treb he was making fun of him using his phone for a camera he asked Treb if he was going to answer a typewriter like a phone? I loved this ride.

Great Book

I was looking in the bookroom for a book to read and came across the book called Gentle Annie The true story of a Civil War Nurse. If you want a great book to read and learn something about the Civil War through the eyes of a nurse this is the story for you. It is very touching and vividly told where you can actually feel, smell and taste what she went through. Here is the book and a picture of her.

100th day and Barack Obama

Wow!!! I have had this awesome job for over 100 days and love every bit of it. Tuesday January 20, 2009 is our 100 day of school. It just happens to fall on the day President Obama is put into office. I can not believe how my life has changed over the years. When you're little you don't think of things like a new President. I am not really sure we even had a 100 day at school. But when you get older you look at things a little different and small things matter. Lets look to the future and smile. Times are changing!!!!!!!

Snowing

Well this is getting to be GREAT!!!!! We woke up to snow on the cars and ground again. O.K. not a lot but some then sitting here at my desk I have been watching it snow on and off for most of the day. It is wild watching the sun shine and having snow flakes fall all around. Well maybe this is the year for moisture. We sure need it here.
